Drilling projects in extreme environments such as polar regions, deserts, and jungles face multiple challenges, including extreme low temperatures, high heat, sand and dust, and difficult transportation conditions. These factors impose stringent requirements on the reliability and adaptability of drilling equipment. Xi’an Black Rhino Industrial Co., Ltd. has conducted specialized technical research based on the characteristics of extreme environments, developing highly adaptable drilling solids control equipment to support global energy exploration under challenging conditions.

In polar low-temperature environments, equipment may suffer from problems such as lubricating oil solidification, seal embrittlement, and pipeline icing. Xi’an Black Rhino Industrial addresses these issues by using low-temperature-resistant materials, integrating electric heating systems and thermal insulation layers, enabling equipment to start and operate normally at temperatures as low as –40 °C.
