The HDG-1000 is a crawler-mounted hydraulic top-drive drill rig independently developed by our company. It is specifically designed for exploration and production drilling in geological leaching and solution mining wells. It offers high safety, fast drilling speed, and excellent hole-forming quality. Primarily using alloy and diamond bits, it is suitable for process hole construction in various diameters, as well as engineering geological exploration, hydrological drilling, water wells, agricultural irrigation wells, and other borehole applications.

1. The power head features a proprietary design with high torque output and extended service life., featuring high torque, long service life, and fast drilling speed.
2. The overall machine structure is well-designed, offering good stability, high lifting capacity, and greater drilling depth.
3. Equipped with Kawasaki Series 180 dual plunger pumps (PTO + gear pump), which allow variable displacement under different operating conditions to adapt to more complex working environments.
4. Hydraulic crawler travel ensures easy operation, saving time and labor during rig relocation.
