Main Applications
The HXY-2000 Heavy-Duty Trailer-Mounted Drilling Rig is specially designed for deep geological exploration and specialized process-hole drilling applications. It is capable of operating in harsh environments, including unpaved roads, remote Gobi regions, deserts, and other challenging field conditions. As an upgraded replacement for conventional trailer-mounted drilling rigs, the HXY-2000 retains the proven advantages of traditional models while significantly improving drilling capacity, mast load capability, operational efficiency, and winch handling performance. It effectively addresses the limitations commonly found in older rigs, including insufficient drilling capability, limited mast capacity, lengthy auxiliary operations, and inadequate load performance. The rig incorporates a range of advanced technologies together with multiple patented innovations developed by our company. Compared with conventional trailer-mounted drilling rigs, it delivers substantial improvements in operator comfort, operational safety, and machine control, providing a more efficient and user-friendly drilling experience.

Main Features
- Stronger drilling capacity: Equipped with the 2000C drill, the rig offers high torque, stronger drilling capacity, and greater hoisting capability.
- Safer mast operation: Equipped with a mast tension sensor (optional) that triggers an alarm and automatically shuts down the rig when the tension exceeds the preset value, preventing mast overload.
- Mast: Foldable mast with a height of 14m, meeting the hoisting requirements for 9m stands and road transport regulations. Rated load: 50T. Large cross-section, high rigidity and strength, with hydraulic mast raising for safe operation.
- Chassis with outrigger hydraulic legs: The expanded support area effectively improves rig stability.
- Wide application: Suitable for conventional drilling, hydrogeological boreholes, and process hole drilling.
