The HDX-800/HDX-1500 is a third-generation wireline coring drill rig independently designed and developed by our company. Primarily using diamond bits, it is suitable for core drilling in various diameters as well as engineering geological exploration. It is especially well-suited for core drilling projects in mountainous and rugged terrain. The rig performs reliably in high-latitude, high-altitude, and other extreme environments including high-temperature and extremely cold environments. With a compact and well-designed structure, a more mature hydraulic system, and superior performance, it offers clear advantages over similar products on the market.

1. Powered by Yuchai engines and Komatsu piston pumps for strong performance and effective handling of downhole emergencies. Fully hydraulic with integrated engine, winch, and mud pump for compact layout and convenient centralized control.
2. Radiator cooling design prevents overheating and power loss at high altitudes.
3. Mature hydraulic system with smooth performance, low failure rate, and independent cooler for extended component life. All main hoses are four-layer steel wire reinforced for durability.
4. Cylinder-chain speed-multiplying mechanism for power head feed and hoist.
5. Sturdy power head ensures stable drilling, reduced deviation, improved borehole integrity, and higher core recovery. 3.6m stroke allows 3m rods to be added or tripped in one pass; rods from XY-series rigs are compatible. Dual-cylinder lateral shifting enables easy wireline coring and auxiliary operations.
6. Built-in hydraulic generator supports welding, cutting, and site lighting.
7. Remote-controlled crawler travel (up to 150m) for safe operation on steep slopes and rough terrain.
