Product Description
The KD series Slurry Separation System is divided into coarse screen module, sand removal module, mud removal module and tail slurry treatment module. Through pulp making and mixing equipment, the flow balance, material balance and circulation mud adjustment and rapid compensation of the shield circulation system are realized. The sand removal and mud removal module in the mud-water separation system are adopted to ensure the good separation effect of sand and mud in the shield circulation mud. The system uses PLC centralized control room remote control mode, which can realize the remote centralized control and real-time monitoring of the ground sludge water treatment system. The system is equipped with high frequency vibration dewatering screen to realize the water content of external waste slag ≤25%, which is suitable for direct transport of dump trucks to reduce slurry leakage; In the tail slurry treatment module, the excess slurry is treated by centrifugal or press filtration equipment to ensure zero discharge of ground engineering mud and water recycling.
