VC series of Black rhino Cuttings Dryer is through the principle of centrifugal separation, the solid phase is separated, the cuttings dryer can effectively recover the liquid phase components in drilling cuttings, so that the solid phase change is very dry, it can recover the mud in drilling cuttings, mainly for the pre-treatment process of drilling cuttings and sludge centralized treatment, in oil-based mud and synthetic mud cuttings treatment performance is particularly excellent. This reduces drilling costs and environmental pollution. Different models of the dryer processing capacity of about 15-50t/h, the treated cuttings oil content is less than 5%(w/w)(OOC≤5%) in line with international emission standards and environmental requirements, suitable for land and ocean drilling cuttings treatment.
